“FindYam,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operators of this website and related materials associated with RJEC (contact: rjec@teamrjec.com). A live reference operations site for a specific facility is cars.jmministorage.com (JM Cars / JM Mini Storage & Car Wash). Reference operations and new rooftops may use different commercial terms.
Content, chat replies, and voice answers are for general information only. They do not create an attorney–client relationship. You must obtain independent legal, tax, regulatory, and insurance advice before operating any program. AI systems can be wrong; do not rely on them for compliance decisions.
Any fee percentage (including an illustrative approximately 11% of eligible mobility transaction volume), description of included services (e.g., Cloudflare application hosting, Stripe payment tooling, Google Drive/Calendar workflows), or cost allocation is a discussion draft only until set out in a written agreement signed by authorized parties. “Eligible” transactions, exclusions, minimums, chargebacks, taxes, and card-network fees will be defined in that agreement. Processing fees charged by payment networks or Stripe may be separate and disclosed at checkout. No oral statement, website copy, or AI answer amends a signed contract.
Names such as Uber, Lyft, Turo, Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, and others are trademarks of their respective owners. FindYam / RJEC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies unless a separate written partnership says so. References to third-party rideshare or car-share platforms describe possible use cases under the facility owner’s own accounts, policies, and compliant insurance—not co-branded products.
“Yam” refers to a historical relay-station concept associated with long-distance communication and travel networks of the Mongol Empire era. The metaphor is educational only. FindYam claims no endorsement by, or affiliation with, any historical person, estate, or modern government.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, full credit reports, biometrics, or other highly sensitive identifiers into chat or forms on this site. Chat and voice features may use Cloudflare Workers AI (including speech-to-text and text-to-speech models), and may optionally use third-party model routers such as OpenRouter or other providers when configured. Audio may be processed to produce text and answers. Do not record or upload third parties without a lawful basis. Features may be unavailable, rate-limited, or inaccurate.
